Being admitted to the Bar reflects a commitment to the highest standards of professional ethics, integrity, and independence. It also requires the ability to identify complex legal risks and develop practical strategies to prevent or mitigate them.

My experience serving on the boards and committees of the Lithuanian Young Bar Association, the American Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania, and other international organisations has strengthened both my leadership and teamwork skills. In addition, my academic experience as a university lecturer and conference speaker has enabled me to communicate complex legal matters in a structured, practical, and accessible manner, always taking into account the diverse backgrounds and levels of expertise of the audience.

These experiences have shaped my professional approach: continuous learning, constant improvement, and an unwavering commitment to providing clients with practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
